Reservation Terms and Conditions

Qualifications: Applicant must be at least 25 years old, present a valid drivers license, and a major credit card.

Drop-offs and Pick-ups: Camper is delivery only. Drop-offs are at 3 p.m. or one hour after campground check in time. An earlier drop-off can be requested if the camper is available and you have made arrangements with the campground. We may accommodate early or late drop-offs at our discretion, but last-minute changes are not always possible. Please be on time for your drop-off, there is a $75/hour fee if you are late. Depending on how much experience you have, allow 30 minutes to 1 hour for a walk-through and orientation. Time spent on orientation saves time later when you are trying to figure things out. The camper must be ready for pick-up a minimum of 45 minutes prior to campground check-out time on the last day of your rental, as breaking down the camper and preparing it to be towed safely takes time. If the camper is not ready for pick-up on time, any late check-out charges incurred from the campground are the responsibility of the renter, and a $75/hour fee will be charged. There are no refunds on early returns.

Conditions of Return

The camper must be returned in the same condition as at departure. If the camper is returned in satisfactory condition, your deposit will be refunded. Deposits are generally returned after inspections are completed and/or within 10 business days. If there is any physical damage, your deposit refund may take longer. If damage is discovered, you will be notified by email after the inspection.

DAMAGE: You are responsible for any damage not noted at drop-off. Please inspect the camper carefully, inside and out and be sure any damage is noted on the departure/return form. We highly suggest taking photos of any or all damages you see. The damage deposit may be used to pay for suitable and necessary repairs. If the damage is greater than the deposit, the money will be used for the deductible for insurance.

Optional Fees and Charges

Non-Smoking/Vaping: This camper is a non-smoking, non-vaping unit. A $100 fee will be assessed against your security deposit if any evidence of smoking or vaping is found in the camper. If any additional damages are found as a result of smoking or vaping, you will be charged to cover the repair costs.

Propane: A minimum of one full propane tank is included in your rental. If more propane is needed, you may have the tank(s) refilled at your expense. If additional propane is requested to be delivered, we charge a $150 service fee to deliver an additional full tank of propane. Delivery of an additional tank may take up to 24 hours, so please monitor propane levels accordingly.

Holding Tanks: The holding tanks (grey, black, and galley) must be flushed and rinsed as was noted on the departure/return form. If the tanks are not emptied upon pick-up, we charge a $75 fee to empty.

Awning: The awning is NOT allowed to be used and a $75 fee will be incurred if use has been detected. Please use the provided easy up canopy. Awnings are very expensive to replace and are easily damaged and can also result in damage to the camper in inclement weather.

Pet Policy: There are no pets allowed in the camper. A $200 fee will be assessed against your security deposit if any evidence of unauthorized pets is found in the camper.

No Roof Access: The renter is strictly prohibited from accessing the roof of the camper without explicit prior permission from the owner, except in the event of an emergency. If the renter must access the roof due to an emergency, they are required to immediately notify the owner when they are safely able to.

PRIOR TO PICKUP: Please remove all personal items and debris from the RV. Renter agrees to pay for all extraordinary charges more than the agreed clean-up fees.

All content, branding elements, illustrations, typography, and design features displayed on this website — including the Coastal RV Rentals logo, camper graphics, and custom layouts — are the exclusive property of Coastal RV Rentals or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any materials is strictly prohibited. Users may not copy, modify, or repurpose any content without prior written consent. 

Coastal RV Rentals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of income, travel disruptions, or third-party issues. While we strive to maintain high standards of safety and reliability, renters assume responsibility for the use of RVs and any associated risks. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the rental service. 

We encourage open communication and will make every effort to resolve disputes amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in Baldwin County, Alabama, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. By using our services, you waive the right to participate in class actions or jury trials. 

All bookings require a valid payment method at the time of reservation. A deposit may be required to secure your rental, with full payment due prior to pickup. We accept all major credit cards. Cancellation policies and refund eligibility are outlined during the booking process. Late payments or chargebacks may result in cancellation of your reservation and additional fees. 

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
